Monger Baltic is a distribution company founded in 2009, represents brands like KT Tape, Sportique, Zensah, Cool’n Tape, etc., promoting a healthy and sportive lifestyle in the Baltic States and the nearby region.
We are always precise and accurate in our work and activity and the client’s interests are always the priority. Our goal is to bring together the clients and the innovative and high-quality products represented by us and to achieve the satisfaction of both parties.
Ordering from the web page of Monger Baltic is simple and convenient. First you have to choose the brand you are interested in and click on it. Then you have to choose a specific product and having done that you have to press the key “BUY” to add the product item in your shopping basket. If you want to order several products, repeat the procedure. Then press the key “SHOPPING BASKET”. You can increase or decrease the number of chosen products in the basket or remove them. Then insert your data and choose the suitable place of delivery and way of payment. If you want to pay by credit card, insert the data of your credit card and submit your order. Attention! If you order by credit card, the corresponding sum is deducted from the account at once.
Way of Payment
Paysera international payment system – it is an international company, which cooperates with different banks operating in the Baltic States. This enables the client to purchase a product and pay for it via a definite bank, which is the most suitable for the client. In cooperation with Paysera it is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
Bank transfer – if you choose the bank transfer as the way of payment, the client will be sent an invoice, including the data of the purchase and the information required for making the payment. The client makes the transfer from his/her bank account. Payment in cash – if the client comes to fetch the goods in our office, he/she can pay in cash or by using a bank card. Paypal – is an international payment system, which enables the client to pay for the goods in the Paypal environment.
Transportation and delivery
All orders are sent out within 24 hours (on work days) after the order is confirmed and the transfer or accrual of the payment (depends on the chosen mode of payment). If the client’s notification or confirmation is required for the delivery of the order, the order is processed after the receipt of the corresponding notice (either by e-mail or phone). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed during the next work day within 24 hours. Orders are processed and delivered only on work days (from Monday to Friday, national holidays excluded). After the order is placed, you will get a confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
Orders not performed to date and goods sold out
If you have ordered a product not available in the store at the moment, a notification is sent to your e-mail address informing you about it and a suitable solution for the delivery of the product is agreed upon.
Conditions for returning the goods and the warranty
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you have a right to return it within 14 work days since the receipt of the goods. The price of the product is returned at once in full scope, when the product is receive by us. The cost of returning the products is covered by the client. Before retuning the goods we recommend contacting us by phone: +372 650 6315, and explain the circumstance and solve the problem by exchanging the product if possible. We recommend using the service of the courier companies or Eesti Post to return the goods fast and without any problems.
If the goods have been damaged during the delivery, keep them with the packaging and immediately contact us by e-mail. We will check the goods and the damaged product will be replaced by a new one.
Monger Baltic OÜ however shall not accept or replace goods purchased in department stores, retail shops, spas and products purchased from some other web page. If you want to return products not sold on this web page, turn to the seller of the goods in order to find a satisfactory solution.
